People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes you know exactly what you want help with, and sometimes you just know something needs to change.
I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. We'll talk about what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you'd like to be different. From there, we can decide together what makes sense.
About Hope & Healing
Hope & Healing Counseling Services is the independent practice of Samuel Gales, PsyD, LMHC. I intentionally maintain a small practice so I can provide individualized care and remain personally involved throughout the therapy process.
Telehealth Counseling
Appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Pacific, by appointment only. I offer a free initial phone consultation to answer questions and determine whether working together may be a good fit.
